Products sold by New Case Pty Ltd are covered by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. There is no time limit for lodging a claim regarding faulty or defective products. Each case is assessed individually. Customers will not be required to pay return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or DOA items.

30-Day Change of Mind Policy

We offer a 30-day Change of Mind return policy. To be eligible, products must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned at the customer’s own cost.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund for the product price will be processed.
