Use Directions
Preparation: Ensure your hands are clean before handling the nursing pads. Gently wash your breast area with water and pat dry with a soft towel to ensure the area is clean before application.
Applying the Pads: Peel off the backing from the adhesive strips on the pad. Position the pad inside your bra with the adhesive side against the fabric of your bra, ensuring the pad covers your nipple and areola completely. Press the pad firmly in place to ensure it adheres securely.
Change Pads Regularly: Change the nursing pads when they become wet or saturated to maintain hygiene and comfort.
