Motion Detection: Motion detection can be triggered by the PIR sensor in the camera. The PIR sensor only detects objects with heat up to 10 metres away and in the line of sight. At night, or in darkness, monitor motion detection sensitivity is not as effective as in daylight hours, as it relies on night vision capabilities. ∆ Subscription needs to be renewed every month. How do I cancel my order?

Once payment has been confirmed the order is unable to be stopped from leaving the warehouse. You can create a return request through the resolution centre and the item is to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery completely unused, unopened and sealed in the original box. We will issue a reply paid address for the item to be sent back.
