WARRANTY
Our products come with a 12-month warranty within Australia. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any item that has a genuine manufacturing defect or material fault.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or neglect
Variations in natural materials (e.g., wood grain)
Modifications made to the product
30-Day CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to love your Riababy products. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day Change of Mind return on eligible items.
To qualify:
The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
The return request must be lodged within 30 days of receiving the item
Products must be returned in a resaleable condition
Refunds for Change of Mind returns will be issued back to the original payment method (no store credit or gift cards)
*Return shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of Mind returns are not accepted for:
Products that have been assembled or used
Items damaged after delivery
Products without original packaging
Customised or clearance items (unless faulty under ACL)
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
We carefully inspect each order before dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photos/videos of the issue
A brief description of the fault
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will always be returned to the original payment method.
