Delivery & Returns
30-day Change of Mind policy
We are committed to the highest quality, ensuring the products you receive match what you see online. We want you to love your Tioiear purchase.
However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be suitable, or you may change your mind.
If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. We are happy to arrange a refund for you. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
Your responsibilities for a successful return are:
1. Cover the return freight to our warehouse.
2. Ensure the item is returned in a "new" condition.
An item is considered "new" only if it:
1. Has not been used, assembled, or installed.
2. Has no damage of any kind.
3. Is in its original packaging, which is undamaged.
4. Includes all unopened tools, hardware, and assembly instructions.
The Return Process:
1. Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return and provide photos of the item's condition.
2. Get Approval & Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide our warehouse return address.
3. Inspection: After the item arrives, our team will inspect it to verify its "new" status.
4. Refund:
If the return is approved, we will process your refund (excluding original and return postage) and notify you.
If the item is damaged or cannot be resold, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in person at our warehouse or offices.
Damage During Transportation
We take great care in packaging our products, but sometimes damage can occur in transit.
If your delivery appears damaged (e.g., the box is crushed, punctured, torn, or wet), please take photos of the packaging and contact us immediately.
If you discover the item itself is damaged after opening it, take clear photos and contact us as soon as possible. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue for you.
