30 minutes for a light/medium 1 hour for dark, 2-3 hours for ultra dark OR MAXIMUM results have it the Hondrou way and sleep in it over night! Our tan also has a ZERO fake tan smell policy as our Kakadu plum scent smells deeelicious and also has benefits for the skin!

Australian Delivery

• Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)

• Express Delivery (1-3 business days)

• All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

• It is suggested you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

  For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature;

  Delivery to WA, TAS, NT and regional areas may take up to 7 business days.

  Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.

New Zealand Delivery

• All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable;

• It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection;

• All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days.

International Delivery (Rest Of The World)

• All orders are sent via Registered International Post which means the item is fully trackable and will need to be signed for;

• All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 15 business days (please note delivery to South Africa, Central America and South America may take up to 30 business days);

  There may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.

Refunds:

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with any Outer Ego by Hondrou Twins products, you may request to be reviewed for a refund. Hondrou Twins will only accept a return for refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition, unused, and sent back within 14 days of delivery. No refund will be accepted for products that have been opened or are returned damaged.

Responses after a week may prohibit our ability to confirm any product damage.

All shipping costs for returns must be paid for & are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Claims & Returns:

At Outer Ego, we’re committed to providing high-quality self-tanning products that you’ll love using. As our products are cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive, they are not covered by a standard 12-month warranty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us via your your Woolworths MarketPlus Account within 7 days of delivery so we can assist. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with our business policies.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.
