Description:

Whether you need to soothe tight shoulders with heat or refresh with a cooling chill, this wrap is your go-to solution. Made with soft flannel for maximum comfort, it's simple to warm in the microwave or chill in the freezer-no electricity or batteries needed.
1. Make sure the wrap is at room temperature and is not wet.
2. Place wrap on a clean. dry microwave-safe plate. Make sure the wrap does not hang off the edges of the plate. Even out the fill as much as possible.
3. Place wrap and plate inside microwave. Do not allow wrap to come into contact with left over food or spills inside the microwave. Important: Use a larger microwave if the edges of the wrap touch the inside of the microwave or if the microwave's carousel does not spin.
5. Important: DO NOT leave unattended when heating. DO NOT heat with water or when wrap
6. Carefully check the temperature before wearing wrap. If it is too Warm, allow it to cool|. 7. Put on your wrap and enjoy the soothing warmth!
8. Cool wrap to room temperature completely before re-heating
1. Seal the Aromatherapy Neck Wrap in a plastic bag and then place it in the freezer.
2. Chill the Aromatherapy Neck Wrap for 1to 3hours.
3. Remove the Aromatherapy Neck Wrap from the freezer and its bag to check temperature. (IMPORTANT: If it is too cold to wear comfortably, allow it to warm up to a comfortable temperature.)
4. Optional: To increase the aroma, massage the fill material from side to side.
5. Put on your Aromatherapy Neck Wrap and enjoy the revitalizing chill!
