1. Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day Change of Mind return policy, giving you confidence when shopping with us.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a Change of Mind return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and manuals).
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
No restocking fees apply.
Return postage for Change of Mind returns may be at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise stated.

2. Warranty & Faulty Items
All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us so we can assist with a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC Consumer Guarantees).
To process a warranty claim, you may be asked to provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the fault.
