Included three-phase PWM speed controller allows you to switch modes according to different hardware environments and scenarios. Under all 3 modes Nova is able to stop operating when PWM signal is below 6%.

Neodymium Magnet
A strong neodymium magnet is placed at the bottom of the fan frame, perpendicular to the shaft. This magnetic structure effectively mitigates displacement due to centrifugal force during high-speed operation, thereby reducing fan vibration and ensuring more stable fan operation.
Dustproof Design
Dust-proof structure encloses the internal drive components, preventing entrance of dust or debris corroding electronic components inside, thus extending the lifespan of the fan.
Exterior Geometric Ribs

Returns for Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase or realize you bought the wrong items, you can return it for a refund within the first 7 days. However, there's a restocking fee of 15%, with a minimum of $10. Here are the rules:
1. Return the item within 7 days.
2. Keep the item in its original packaging, unopened, and with no missing or damaged parts.
3. Don't return more than 5 of the same item.
4. The item's value must be under $1,000.
5. The item can't be used.

DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, please promptly reach out to our Customer Service team, and we will provide immediate assistance to resolve any issues you may encounter. A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Standard Warranty Policy
Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. All of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty. This warranty covers any faults from the manufacturer. Before reaching out to us, please try troubleshooting with the manufacturer for more details about warranty terms.

· It typically takes 2-4 weeks to process your claim once we receive the faulty item.
