Leather - whether this is real leather, or synthetic or plant-based leather - is almost always unsuitable for machine washing and should never be soaked in water during cleaning. To keep your Isoki bag looking its best, please spot clean with a damp cloth only. Change of Mind Returns
You can request a change of mind return within 30 days of purchase if your item is in new condition. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags for clothing, footwear and accessories.
