1. Pre-Freeze the Bowl
   Freeze upright for 24 hours at -20°C or lower. Ensure the bowl is dry and uncovered.

2. Assemble the Maker
   Attach the paddle to the motor. Secure the motorised lid to the bowl, aligning the “ ” mark with the catch.

3. Add Your Mixture
   Pour up to 250ml of prepared mixture into the bowl or through the lid opening.

4. Switch On
   Press the power button. Work quickly to avoid premature freezing.

5. Churn and Enjoy
   In 15-20 minutes, enjoy smooth ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yoghurt. For firmer texture, freeze for 1-2 hours after churning.

6. Serve and Clean
   Switch off, remove paddle, and serve. Hand-wash paddle, lid, and bowl. Wipe motor unit with a damp cloth.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within a reasonable time. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.

Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind

Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item.
