Delivery address can be any nominated address that Australia Post can deliver too. If a card is left by Australia Post the delivery must be collected from them within 10 business days. If this does not occur it will be returned to Australian Veterinary Wholesalers and a re-delivery fee may be applicable.

Delivery time varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

• East Metro: 1-4 business days

• East Regional: 2-6 business days

• Central: 2-6 business days

• West: 3-8 busiess days

Being on location at time of delivery not required.
If signature requested and you are unavailable at the time of delivery a re-delivery fees may apply.

If your product is faulty, defective, damaged, or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us as soon as possible. Each case is assessed individually, and we will provide a fair remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

• No return shipping costs will be charged for faulty or damaged items.

• Remedies may include repair, replacement, or full/partial refund, depending on the issue.

• This applies even for sale or discounted items.
