The Avanti fine mesh Chinois is a conical sieve with an extremely fine mesh.
Made from 18/8 stainless steel, the fine mesh will easily strain fruits, sauces, custards, vegetables and soups to a creamy smooth consistency.
Handle: The long handle is comfortable to handle and easy to clean. Hand wash recommended.
