They are sold as a pair (ref: 8574652). If you train with two dumbbells, you'll need four collars (two pairs). Do not exceed 15 kg if using your bar in a vertical position.

After you've placed your order online, there are a few things that should happen to help you follow the shipping progress through to delivery.
