The MS100 stepper uses your abs and lower body muscles (glutes, thighs, calves, etc.) for a thorough all-round workout. The more workouts you do, the better your breathing and coordination will be. Kick off your workout with a 3- to 5-minute warm-up. Next, spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles. After this, cool down gradually and then do a few stretches to increase your muscle flexibility and avoid injury. ; Go even further by adding difficulty...: If you want to give your core and abs an even more thorough workout, you can twist your hips with each step.
