Sleeping comfort: The pressure of the pillow is adjustable by pressing the valve. ; Directions for use: Ideally, you should get your pillow out, unroll it and open the valve as soon as you've set up camp, for easier pre-inflation. A self-inflating pillow inflates by itself up to about 80%. You will need to blow up the rest yourself, so you can adjust the pressure to your desired comfort level. ; Smart valve: one valve have inflation and deflation, 2 in 1 valve, remove the cap and turn the spacer in right position according to symbol.
