How does this kit work?: The door anchor can be positioned on the top, side or bottom of the door. You can use the band included in this kit or purchase another, as this kit is compatible with our other training bands (up to 45 kg) Tie the band to the ring and use one handle or just string the band through the ring to use both. ; What can you do with this kit?: Access the QR code on the product to watch a video with inspirational exercises and check out a few workouts.
