PRO SKIPPING ROPE DESCRIPTION: This skipping rope is perfect for anyone who does double unders during their cross-training workouts. It lets you do long sets of double unders without getting tired, provided it's a move you've mastered. Its ultra-light cable and ball-bearings make it spin incredibly fast. Cable diameter: 2 mm Cable length: 3.35 m Cable weight: 42.6 g ; HOW TO ADJUST YOUR PRO SKIPPING ROPE: Adjust the rope to your height then fully tighten the screws using the tool provided. Ideally, the handles of your skipping rope should come up to your armpits when you stand on the centre of the rope(see the explanatory video on the product page) ; PRO SKIPPING ROPE WEAR: This skipping rope is equipped with a very fine steel cable. This makes the rope lighter so it can rotate faster. The cable will wear out more quickly if used on abrasive or rough surfaces. It is therefore very important to train on a smooth surface so that the cable retains its properties as long as possible. ; HOW TO USE YOUR PRO SKIPPING ROPE OUTSIDE: If you want to use your skipping rope outdoors, be sure to use the clear protective sheath that comes with it to keep the cable in good condition. Simply place it around the middle of the cable where it comes into contact with the ground (Watch the video in the product file). This will substantially reduce wear on your skipping rope. Using the sheath will make the skipping rope slightly heavier. ; HOW TO USE YOUR PRO SKIPPING ROPE INSIDE: When using indoors, if the floors are not too rough, we suggest not using the protective sheath to lighten your skipping rope and make the rotation easier.
