Technical information:

Inflation and Comfort: For your comfort and to preserve the lifespan of your mattress, it is important not to over-inflate it. When you sit on your inflated mattress, you should feel the ground close to your buttocks. Once lying down, the air pressure will be distributed under your entire body and you will gain optimal comfort. You can use a pump with an integrated manometer such as our 5.2 L hand pump - 7 PSI. the recommended pressure level is around 0.3 to 0.5 PSI. ; Size of inflated mattress: Important: the stated length may vary by +/- 10% depending on the pressure at which you inflate your mattress.

After you've placed your order online, there are a few things that should happen to help you follow the shipping progress through to delivery. A confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail once the order is successfully placed. A second message with a tracking number will be triggered once order is shipped.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5 to 15 days, depending on the location.
