Our approach net helps to recreate playing situations around the green. After you've placed your order online, there are a few things that should happen to help you follow the shipping progress through to delivery. A confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail once the order is successfully placed. A second message with a tracking number will be triggered once order is shipped.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5 to 15 days, depending on the location.
Our returns policy is designed to sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and also includes a 30 days change of mind return policy.
Australian Consumer Law – Product Issues
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund when a product:
has a manufacturing defect,
is wrongly described, or
is different from a sample shown to you.
You may also be entitled to a repair or replacement if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not amount to a major failure. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a refund for the original purchase price.
