After you've placed your order online, there are a few things that should happen to help you follow the shipping progress through to delivery. You may also be entitled to a repair or replacement if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards and the issue does not amount to a major failure. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a refund for the original purchase price.
