Purchases Cancellation
Please be aware, once a purchase is made, we can't cancel, as it begins processing immediately; however, once your product arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team to start the return process. Once you return your purchase, we can process a refund!
At By Angeline, we aim to deliver your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.
Products Total Delivery Time or Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Processing or Handling Time:
Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 1 business day (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
Transit Time:
Transit Time is 1 to 5 Business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time:
Order Cut-Off Time- 5.00 PM (GMT+09:30) Australian Central Standard Time (Broken Hill)
Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping within Australia only.
Delivery or Shipping Method:
We use Australia Post for delivery within Australia.
Tracking:
We offer tracking so you can follow its adventures until it reaches you.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (By Angeline) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Items Not Received/Missing
If you experience a delivery that is lost/missing/undelivered, a claim will need to be made within 7 days.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
When making your purchase, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address, as By Angeline takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or if requested to be left with a neighbor or an outbuilding.
Return & Refund Policy

This policy is designed to clearly separate Change of Mind returns from returns for product issues under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1) Change of Mind Returns (30 days)
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a Change of Mind return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
The item must be returned with original packaging (where applicable)
Proof of purchase may be required
No restocking fees apply
How to request a Change of Mind return
Please submit a return request and include:
Order number
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Change of Mind return shipping
For Change of Mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked postage method so you can follow the parcel’s progress.
2) Product Issues (Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items) — ACL
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item:
Is faulty
Arrives damaged
Is not as described
Is incorrect (wrong item/variation)
Is missing from your order
please contact us and we will assess the situation and offer a fair solution in line with ACL. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Important notes for product issues
We do not apply a strict deadline for reporting damaged or faulty items — each case is assessed individually and fairly.
The Change of Mind conditions (such as “unused/unworn” requirements) do not apply to returns for faulty products under ACL.
To help us resolve things quickly, we may request photos and a short description of the issue.
Return shipping for product issues
Where a return is required due to a product issue, return shipping will be handled in a way that’s fair and consistent with ACL.
3) Exchanges
If you would like a different item or variation, please submit a return request first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
(If the exchange is due to a product issue, we’ll work with you on the most appropriate solution under ACL.)
4) Refunds (processing)
Once your return is received and assessed, we’ll process your refund (or other agreed outcome).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.
