Our refill system is designed to improve circularity. Not all recycling is equal. Many products are low-value recyclable (or like pouches, not kerbside recyclable), but we've designed our refill bottles with high-value recyclable natural HDPE. More recycling means less waste and a healthier planet. This Forever Bottle is made from 100% recycled aluminium. It's also recyclable, but given it's designed to be yours FOREVER, it doesn't really matter.

Empty refillable bottle with pump
Directions
How to refill
Remove the sticker from the sticker pack and place it on your Forever Bottle.
Unscrew the pump from your Forever Bottle.
Fill up your Forever Bottle using the refill and reattach the pump.
Store your refill for next time. When you finish it, rinse and recycle the refill bottle.
Get a new Thankyou refill and repeat.

Parcels are sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy.
Depending on the courier service, you may not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.
Parcels will be dispatched after 2 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Postage is paid by the customer
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.
