Each mini soft gel capsule contains:
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)-rich oil derived from microalgae
Schizochytrium sp. 575mg
equiv. docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 230mg
Take 2 tablets per day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food.

0-12 weeks pregnant - 1 capsule per day
13-27 weeks pregnant - 2 capsules per day
28-40 weeks pregnant - 2-3 capsules per day

Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your healthcare practitioner. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
