1 Coffee Machine Group Head Seal
Turn the machine off, unplug it from the wall, and allow it to cool completely.
Using a 5/32" Allen key, carefully unscrew the small screw holding the metal filter grid in the brew head.
Do not force the screw to avoid damage.Use a thin flat screwdriver to gently remove the metal grid.
Carefully pry out the old group head seal and discard it.
Clean the metal grid and the group head cavity to remove coffee residue.
Insert the new seal ridge side down, then refit the metal grid.
Re-secure the screw anti-clockwise, ensuring it is snug but not over-tightened.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy
We are happy to accept items back for an exchange or refund for Change of mind within 14 days once item delivered. For Change of Mind order, applicable freight fees will be deducted from the refund and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in a sellable condition and the original packaging undamaged.

For wrong or incomplete address order with failure delivery, the customer has the full responsibility, we are not responsible for any wrong or incomplete address postage, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If the item is damaged during delivery and photos can be provided, we will arrange a replacement if the stock is available or issue a refund.
