We deliver goods through various carriers according to the weight and size of each product and your address. Either way, according to your location, it takes about 2-7 working days to arrive after delivery. Remote areas require longer delivery times.
Some Large items will cost a lot of postage, if you simply refused the shipment with personal reasons after dispatching or receiving it, we will deduct about $50~$200 (depend on your location and product) from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.

If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issues, please note that the postage fee we paid before may not be refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply.
