How to apply: Apply a small amount on a cleansed face and neck, using fingertips. Apply morning and night.
Beauty Tips: The cream absorbs quickly into the skin; however, if you experience oiliness after application, gently pat your skin with a dry cloth.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send it to us. We recommend that you return the product using traceable postage method. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot provide a refund. VLESSENTIALS will not be responsible for parcel lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
