Our Change of Mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the Change of Mind conditions. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS ON DELIVERY
If a product arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, you are entitled to an exchange or refund if you lodge the issue with our customer service team. We will verify whether you are entitled to an exchange or refund and provide instructions accordingly.
Items sent back to us without first requesting the return will not be accepted.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
You may be entitled to an exchange or refund in the event where the product is faulty. Our team review these claims on a case-by-case basis, we ask you provide some form of proof of purchase (eg. receipt, order number) and any relevant photos and information to our customer service team.
