Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Australian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the Australia. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Refund & Exchange Policy
9Skin Australia does not offer refunds unless stated otherwise under the conditions outlined below.
We will only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased directly from the official 9Skin Australia website that are incorrectly sent or found to be defective.
Incorrectly Sent Products
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify 9Skin Australia within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will arrange an exchange where possible.
Defective Products
If a product is defective, customers must notify 9Skin Australia within 7 days from the date of purchase. Proof of defect may be required.
If an exchange is not feasible, 9Skin Australia may issue a store credit equal to the value of the exchanged product(s). This credit can be used toward the purchase of other products on our website.
