Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed extract dry conc. 12.5 mg, derived from dry 1.5 g.
Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) fruit extract dry conc. 150 mg, derived from dry 10.5 g; equiv. silymarin (80%) 120 mg.
Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamon) stem bark extract dry conc. 100 mg, derived from dry 1.5 g.
Chromium (as chromic chloride hexahydrate) 100 micrograms.
Biotin 1.5 mg.
Alpha lipoic acid 50 mg.
Adult dosage: take two capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner
