Its dual-axis (X, Y) mechanism, incorporating Hall effect sensors, has been optimized for increased durability. It provides linear resistance in all directions. The variety of controls - including pads, toggle switches, rotary knob, selector switch and mini-throttle - lets you assign up to 23 actions and 3 axes to maintain control of your aircraft's essential functions.(*Sold separately)
Sol-R 5 Base accommodates detachable Thrustmaster grips, while offering more control than a standard joystick base. With its interface of various buttons, you can access your aircraft's essential functions more quickly without using your keyboard/mouse. The included stability supports and attachment points make the base extremely well-suited for use on a desk or in a cockpit.
The base has two axes of movement (X, Y) incorporating H.E.A.R.T. (HallEffect AccuRate Technology) sensors with 16-bit precision. Its mechanism has been optimized after more than 10 years of expertise to improve its durability. It generates linear resistance in all directions, making the joystick versatile for all types of flight simulation. Its built-in mini-throttle lets you assign a third axis.
Sol-R 5 Base features a wide variety of buttons, to correspond to flight controls: 4 toggle switches, 8 pads, 1 mini-throttle, 1 selector switch and 1 rotary knob. Its pads are derived from DJ controllers, for a premium feel and reliable activation. The RGB LEDs are individually customizable, for a style that's tailor-made for each gamer.
Unlock the full potential of your Sol-R 5 Base with the free T.A.R.G.E.T. software. Program macros, modify the behavior of buttons, create your own profiles for each simulation and aircraft, or use the predefined ones from the Thrustmaster community. With Sol-R 5 Base's selector switch, you can assign up to 3 configurations to the same base and switch between them in the blink of an eye.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
