Where are the filters hiding?
- Pre-Motor Foam & Felt Filters Location:
Located at the top of the dust bin. The dust bin must be removed to access these filters.
They capture fine dust before it reaches the motor, helping maintain strong suction and protect the motor.
The pre-motor foam and felt filters sit directly in the airflow path and receive the highest amount of dust and fine debris.
Because they do the bulk of the work, they clog faster than the HEPA filter and require more frequent cleaning. They naturally have a shorter service life, which is why this kit includes two pre-motor filter replacements - so you have a spare ready when the originals are worn, damaged, or being cleaned and air-dried.
- HEPA Exhaust Filter Location:
Inside the main body of the vacuum, accessible after removing the dust bin. The HEPA filter is easy to miss because it blends into the vacuum body and looks like a fixed part of the machine rather than a removable filter.
It traps fine dust and allergens before air exits the vacuum, improving exhaust air quality and overall performance.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If an item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer your item will either be replaced or repaired. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

You will be responsible for postage if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, unless it is very different from the description or wrongly recommended to you by us.
You also will be responsible for associated postage and repair costs if your claim is declined because the fault is determined to have occurred as a result of improper use of the product.
Tools, accessories and consumables including dust bags and filters, floor tools, extension cords unless defective in manufacture, are not subject to warranty.
In order to prolong the life of accessories and consumables, regular care and maintenance is recommended.
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in all products you purchase from us.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded the total of your purchase amount.
We endeavor to rectify the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
