On the morning of delivery, youll receive a 2-hour delivery window and live tracking link. Someone must be present to accept delivery. Small items are delivered FREE by Australia Post. Orders are dispatched the following day, with tracking provided so you can follow your parcel and view the estimated delivery date. A signature is required on delivery. If no one is available, the parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection and youll need to provide proof of ID.
