This Sigma 10-18mm f2.8 DC DN zoom lens is in a class of its own. With a versatile wide-angle zoom range and fast constant maximum aperture, this Sigma zoom lens is the smallest and lightest APS-C format lens available with an f2.8 aperture. The zoom range starts at a 15mm equivalent, so this lens can be used for landscapes and similar purposes,while it is a great option for vlogging. As well as a filter thread of 67mm, this lens comes with a compact lens hood for blocking lens flare, which is notable for its redesigned mechanism.
This Sigma 10-18mm f2.8 DC DN zoom lens is a perfect addition for your everyday mirrorless kit, weighing in at between 250-260 grams depending on the mount. A number of excellent optical elements are featured in the design, including 1 SLD, 3 FLD and 4 Aspherical; this allows the lens to record images with consistent sharpness and detail, and minimal aberrations and distortions.
