While plug this adapter to your computer first time, you'll see there is a new USB flash drive under My Computer or This PC, then double clicks setup file inside USB Drive to install the driver. You can also download driver from our website.
If you have any trouble to install the driver software, try to turn off anti-virus software temporarily before install the driver. You can turn on again after installation.
The USB to HDMI VGA adapter works on Windows 7 and above version only, Windows XP and Vista are not supported.

3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the cost of return shipping. You will not be eligible for a return if we do not receive the item.
4. We will only provide a refund when we receive the returned product which meets the abovementioned requirements.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
