Our unique selection of essential oils will help to give you a good night's sleep. Our Finessence Peaceful Sleep blend will help you fall asleep naturally and will help promote deep and restful sleep, allowing you to wake to feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day.
HOW TO USE
- Open the lid and inhale the aroma (fastest way)
- Add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Car Diffuser, or Diffuser jewellery.
- Mix with Jojoba oil or Fractionated coconut oil to use topically or as a massage oil
- Add to your bath (mix with oil or milk before adding to the bath)
DILUTION
- Add Peaceful Sleep Essential Oil to a carrier oil of choice at a 2-4% dilution and apply topically as a massage oil.
- For facial application, we recommend a 1% dilution.
Add 2-3 Drops to your bath mixed with a carrier oil or milk
