Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector is a gas, ceramic glass, induction, and enamel cooktops cleaner specifically formulated to make light work of removing food, oil, water marks, calcium, and rust stains whilst polishing the surface to keep it in perfect condition.
It has a non-scratch formulation that will not damage the surface of your appliance and leaves a protective sealant that prevents further spills from burning on. Using Cooktop Cleaner and Protector regularly will prevent your ceramic glass cooktop from getting scratched and stained.
Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector contains no harmful chemicals, making it food safe, and is available in a tube, with a sponge applicator/non-scratch scourer attached.

Directions:
- While still warm, remove baked-on spills with a damp cloth or sponge. A cooktop scraper will remove baked-on food from ceramic glass.
- When cool, apply Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector to soiled areas and rub vigorously with the sponge applicator. Do not use the sponge applicator on Stainless Steel; a soft cloth to prevent scratching.
- Remove all residue with a damp cloth.
- While still damp, polish the surface to a brilliant finish with a paper towel.
- Clean the sponge applicator under running water.
FAQ
Q. Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector didn't remove all the baked-on deposits on my cooktop?
A. For future reference, spills are best removed immediately with a cooktop scraper or non-scratch scourer BEFORE the cooktop is allowed to cool. Once the cooktop is cool, spill becomes more difficult to remove. If you encounter really stubborn spills/marks/stains, apply a liberal amount of Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector directly onto the area and scrub with sponge pad. Leave Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector on the surface for as long as possible, but do not allow it to dry on the surface! Before it begins to dry on the surface, a non-scratch scourer/cooktop scraper and a bit of elbow grease will remove the stain.
Q. It looks like Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector sponge applicator has left scratches on my ceramic glass cooktop.
A. The applicator on Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector is safe on glass and has been thoroughly tested for MANY years. If you see scratch-like marks they are often in the protective sealant that Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector leaves behind. All you need to do is get some paper towels and give the product a good buff. It can happen when too much product has been applied or if you haven't removed all the baked-on spills, etc. We recommend a soft cloth for Stainless Steel tops. Make sure you sufficiently moisten the sponge by applying enough Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector before you start to scrub.
Q. Is Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector suitable for cast-iron hotplates?
A. No, Magic Cooktop Cleaner and Protector is acidic and, therefore, over time will cause rusting to cast-iron. Hotplate Restorer is better for your cast-iron hotplates.
