Warranty, Returns & Product Care Policy
At Amber and Hue, we proudly create Australian-made earrings and candles and stand behind their quality.
Returns & Warranty
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unburned, and returned in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if worn.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide a refund, replacement, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Product Care & Safety
Earrings: Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store in a dry place to maintain finish and longevity.
Candles: Never leave burning candles unattended. Place on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials. Trim wick to 5mm before each burn, burn for no more than 3–4 hours, and discontinue use when 10mm of wax remains. Do not move candles while hot.
