Caring For Your Big Cooler Lunch Bag:
- Wipe with a damp cloth between uses to keep fresh
- Leave open on a drying rack or line overnight to dry out completely
- Machine washable - separately on a cold, delicate cycle
- Use regular detergent
- Don't forget to remove the name and note card
- Dry in the sun, with print facing upward
- Don't use fabric softener, stain remover or bleach
- Not suitable for tumble dryer or iron
- Optional: for extra TLC on the metal zippers you can also use a wash bag or pillow case
Your Big Chill Pack likes leaving its fabric cover on to keep it safe and reduce condensation when it sits in your lunch bag. Though when it's in the freezer, it likes to go nude and to lie flat. Once it comes out of the freezer, pop its cover back on. This will make sure lunch stays fresh! If your cover becomes icy or wet, air it out until it's 100% dry, as otherwise this could dampen your lunch bag - and no one wants a soggy sandwich! Your cover is machine washable, simply pop it in the washing machine and hang it out to dry!

We want you to love your product so if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know so we can help you troubleshoot and get the most from your product.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind return policy. If within 30 days of purchase date you change your mind, please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will arrange a store credit for you to select something more suited to your needs.
