Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is not always possible. We strive to respond to your request promptly, but there are instances where the order may have already entered the fulfilment stage, making cancellation unfeasible. We advise treating each order as final, though we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests where feasible.
Return to Sender Policy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order is accurate and complete. In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded plus an additional 10% restocking fee applies. We strongly recommend double-checking your address details to avoid any unnecessary delays and additional costs.

For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return postage cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method (minus the original shipping cost). Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
