Warranty Claims/Faulty Goods

Once your return has been authorised, you will receive return postage instructions. Faulty products will be tested to confirm the fault, and refunded or replaced if found to be faulty. Items found to be working will be charged a re-delivery fee to return the item to the buyer. However, all eligible items can still be returned to us to handle warranty claims.
