Delivery timeframes vary by location. The estimated time to receive your order is:
Metro areas: 2–7 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery or redirection fees may apply.
Change of Mind Returns
Accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
Restocking fee: 10% of the product price
Return postage: customer’s responsibility
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected

Warranty Claims
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this.
