Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery via your Woolworths MarketPlus account.
A refund or replacement may be offered if:
• the product is faulty
• the product was damaged in transit (photo evidence required)
• you received the wrong item
• an item is missing from your order
If a return is approved, the product must be returned within 14 days in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
