How to use
After washing your face, apply an appropriate amount of the Kojic Acid Turmeric Night Wrapping Mask to your entire face, excluding the area around your eyes and mouth, as the last step of your skincare routine. Allow the mask to dry for approximately 15 minutes before going to sleep. The following morning, either remove the wrapping film or rinse the mask clean with lukewarm water.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers can only be used where the shipment is eligible and sent via Australia Post. Some courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so a street address may be required.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place (where permitted), take it to a collection point, or attempt re-delivery. Re-delivery or return-to-sender fees may apply depending on the carrier.
Change of Mind Returns

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us via the Woolworths order page as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim is approved and, where required, the item is returned and inspected, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Service Resolution Timeframe
