How to use
As the final step of your evening routine, smooth a generous, even layer over the face and neck after cleansing, toning, and serum. Avoid the eye area. Leave on overnight; the layer will dry into a thin film. In the morning, rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 1 to 2 times per week. Always apply broad-spectrum SPF the next morning.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place (where permitted), take it to a collection point, or attempt re-delivery. Re-delivery or return-to-sender fees may apply depending on the carrier.
Change of Mind Returns

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us via the Woolworths order page as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim is approved and, where required, the item is returned and inspected, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
