How to use
Shake gently before use to mix. After cleansing, dispense 3 to 5 drops onto a cotton pad or directly onto fingertips, then sweep or pat across the face and neck. Allow a few seconds to absorb before applying serum. Use morning and evening as the first step after cleansing.

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers can only be used where the shipment is eligible and sent via Australia Post. Some courier services cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, so a street address may be required.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place (where permitted), take it to a collection point, or attempt re-delivery. Re-delivery or return-to-sender fees may apply depending on the carrier.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not offer change-of-mind returns for beauty, skincare and personal care products, including where packaging has been opened, seals are broken, or the product has been used. Please choose carefully.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us via the Woolworths order page as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim is approved and, where required, the item is returned and inspected, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Service Resolution Timeframe
For faulty items, DOA items, and consumer guarantee matters, we aim to resolve approved claims within 10 business days, in line with the Woolworths MarketPlus service level expectations.
