We offer a 15 day change of mind return for our food and nutritional products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 15 days from the purchase date via your Woolworths MarketPlus account. Due to the nature of food and consumable products all returns are subject to approval and products must be unopened unused and in original packaging unless the return relates to a quality or fault issue. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our warehouse and we recommend using tracked delivery. A processing fee may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount. Returns received after 15 days or without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund. If a product is faulty damaged or not as described please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus account so we can assess and arrange an appropriate resolution.
