Warranty and Return Details

Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy on most products. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account within 30 days of the purchase date to request return approval. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process an agreed resolution.

Please Note:
• Return postage is paid by the customer
• Items must be unused, unopened and returned in original packaging with all accessories included
• We are not responsible for returned items until they reach our warehouse; tracking and/or insurance is strongly recommended
• Fees may apply if items are not returned in original condition
• For hygiene and safety reasons, food, hay, bedding, fleece liners and used pet accessories cannot be returned for change of mind

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days via your Woolworths MarketPlus Account with photos of the issue. We will organise a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Claims:
Most products sold by Guinea Pigs Australia include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. Some items may have different warranty periods; please refer to the individual product description for details. If you experience a warranty issue, please lodge a claim through your Woolworths MarketPlus Account and we will assist you promptly.

Consumer Guarantees:
All our products are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to repairs or replacement for minor issues.
