We offer a 30-day change of mind return from the date you receive your item. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
No restocking fees apply. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty & Defective Items (12 Months)
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
There is no fixed timeframe for reporting faulty or defective items, and each case is assessed individually.
Customers are not required to pay return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or DOA items.
This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
