All of our ponytails are made to be re-worn, not thrown away!
Crafted from premium AAA-grade synthetic hair, our ponytails are created with durability in mind.
While many similar styles from other brands can tangle, mat, and end up in the bin after just one or two wears, ours are made to stay looking as good as new!
After use, simply brush your ponytail starting from the ends working your way upward in smooth, downward strokes (we recommend using our Magic Detangling Brush for best results). Always brush in the natural fall of the fibres rather than against them.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in New South Wales, Australia.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and Australia Post network conditions.

Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges on hair extensions or glitter products once purchased.
Costumes may be returned for a size exchange, provided the item is unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within the specified return period. Return postage costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, please contact us promptly with details and photos where applicable. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where required.
